About MonieHome
One person, one clear list of covered items, and a simple way to ask for help when a part at home wears out.
A Plain Path for the Day Something Quits
I started MonieHome after watching neighbors scramble when a furnace fan gave out on a cold night. Nobody could say what their agreement covered, and the paperwork read like a puzzle.
So I keep it simple. I lay out which household systems and appliances a plan can list, what usually sits outside it, and where to send a request once a part wears out from normal use.
I would rather tell you an item is not listed today than let you find out on the day it breaks.
Straight Answers
If a plan leaves something out, I say so early, long before you count on it.
Your Own Pace
Read the coverage list, ask what you like, and decide when it suits you. No pressure from me.
Notes You Can Keep
I put the key points in writing so you can look back at them when a breakdown shows up.
How a MonieHome plan works
-
Pick Your Coverage
Look over the plan options and choose the household items you want listed.
-
Note the Problem
When a covered item acts up, jot down the sounds, leaks or error codes you see.
-
Send a Request
Describe the breakdown in your request and add the model details from the unit.
-
Follow Your Plan
Your request is reviewed, and a local technician may be matched under your plan terms.
Choose the Items Your House Leans On
Pick the systems and appliances that matter most at home, and keep one simple spot for a request when one of them stops.
Get StartedHomes Where a Breakdown Hits Hard
New Homeowners
You just got the keys and have no idea how old the water heater really is. A plan gives you a starting point.
Busy Households
Full laundry baskets and nightly dinners lean hard on the washer, dryer and oven. Those are worth listing.
Owners of Older Houses
Original plumbing and aging wiring keep working until they suddenly do not. I help you see what can be named.
Landlords and Hosts
When a tenant or guest reports a cold shower, you want one clear place to send the request.
